  • Is photography allowed at the light show?

    Absolutely! Please take as many pictures as you’d like and share them on social media! Use #HolidaySpectacularTN and tag @holidayspectaculartn

  • Do you accept credit cards at the door? What about cash?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.  We will also be accepting cash, although we appreciate exact change.

  • Who can I contact with questions about the light show or my ticket?

    If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, simply provide your first and last name to the ticket attendant at the gate when you arrive, and they can look up your ticket purchase and check you in manually - no need to reach out to customer support.

  • Do We Need to Buy Tickets in Advance?

    Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Please note that promotional prices which may appear from time to time on our site are not honored at the gate, and gate pricing is always more expensive that prepurchase online.

  • Am I allowed to exit my car while driving through the show?

    Yes absolutely.  You can see he show in your vehicle, or you may setup chairs, or even walk around permitted areas to view up close.

  • Is the event rain or shine?

    We are open rain, snow, or shine! In the event of extreme weather, we do occasionally need to close for the evening. Should we close due to severe weather, per our refund & cancellation policy, if your ticket was purchased for a specific date, we will automatically be reactivated for use any other night the show is open without needing to reach out to customer support. Moreover, if you hold a ticket that allows you to attend any night the show is open, your ticket is of course still usable any night the show is open this season.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. In the event your ticket date is canceled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance we will automatically renew your ticket for use any other night the show is open, free of charge. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
